Q: Has Sanctum sold equity?
Sanctum has never sold any equity to any investor. There is no equity-token misalignment. Investors, team, and community all hold the same asset and are aligned on its long-term success. We take tokenholder rights very seriously.
In the event of an acquisition of Sanctum, the token will not be left behind. We are committed to ensuring that any transaction involving Sanctum appropriately accounts for tokenholders and the interests of its holders.
Q: Who are the founders of Sanctum?
Sanctum has four co-founders: FP, Jaye, Jesse and Han Yang. All four co-founders are still full-time with Sanctum today and have not sold their tokens, with the exception of a disclosed sale to AppWork Ventures (here).
